We recently worked with Pella to replace all of our patio doors. The entire process from the initial in-home consultation, to visiting the showroom and installation was great. The staff was informative but not overbearing and the installation team got done much quicker than they initially anticipated, even after having to make some structural repairs they uncovered during the installation. Their prices are what we anticipated. So far, we’re very pleased with the quality of the product as well.
We recently had new exterior doors installed by Pella Windows & Doors of Indianapolis, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Adam Siddiqui, our sales representative, was fantastic to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. His follow-up throughout the process made everything simple and stress-free. Jack, our installer, and his team did an exceptional job as well. The installation was so clean and precise that you’d never even know work had been done. He was courteous, efficient, and clearly takes great pride in his craftsmanship. Overall, Pella delivered top-tier service, and Adam and Jack truly went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them for anyone considering new doors or windows.

I would like to thank Derek Gardner for his great patience when working with me when I decided to purchase a new front door from Pella. He carefully explained the difference in the quality of doors that Pella offered, the safety features of the materials in the doors, how the look of my home, especially on the outside, would be so much more attractive, and he painstakingly helped me choose the "right" color for the outside of the doors that matched best my Bedford limestone house. Derek worked with my budget for a new door and got me a stunning ProVia entry door and accompanying storm door at a very fair price. He came yesterday to check on the progress the installers were making and to check on my satisfaction with the installation. It was a pleasure to work with Derek Gardner. He has earned my trust and appreciation. I would also like to thank Jack Ragland, the lead installer, and his great crew. The installation went very well, very quickly, and very neatly. Jack is a very personable man to work with. Pella Doors and Windows is not the least expensive company to buy products from, but it does have the best quality product available and the best staff of people to deal with from the beginning to the end of a project.
Avery and the team has been professional, kind, and helpful in the selection and delivery of my new windows. Looking forward to working with them on the next phase of our window projects and doors. I love the quality of these new windows!
Adam did a great job of reviewing the options. He made recommendations based on house what would be best. Believe that price was reasonable based on quality of door. Had received competitive company quote. Was twice the price! Installation went well. Very happy with process from sales through installation.

A few months back when the weather was still nice our salesman Nick Robison came over and walked us through what we thought we needed to what we actually needed. Then, just two days ago, during the worst weather of the season, we had the installer come out and install three windows and a new back door. Both the salesman and the installers were very professional and did an excellent job. In fact, my wife and I were so impressed that I contacted our salesman Nick and informed him that in the coming months when we replace more of the windows in the house that we will contact him and will request the same installers. The installers did an excellent job of not only installing our new windows and door but also minimizing the amount of cold air and snow coming into our house. Thank you gentlemen, you did an excellent job!
The consultant was extremely knowledgeable, never pushy, and he shared honest feedback on our needs. The installation team was very professional, with terrific technical expertise on the products. Excellent experience!

My house was built in 1959 with classic Anderson Windows. I quoted other window replacement companies and the cost was twice Pella. I chose Pella for quality, more glass and cost. Great decision. Great team.
The installation of our custom door and replacement window sash was very quick and the results are clean and took our particular weather concerns into account beyond my expectations.
