We have had a great experience with Pella Windows and Doors. William Wilson made the entire process easy, from selection to financing. William's technical knowledge was valuable to our project. He provided much useful information and helped to improve upon our original project plan. Would definitely recommend.
Isaiah was very informative and knowledgeable regarding the window selection and product specifications that our community requires. He was able to accommodate us on short notice, adjusting his schedule to fit us in. We’re looking forward to working with him and the Pella team with our future window replacement needs.
Installation of our new windows was just completed. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process! We started out with Tyler, our sales rep, he has been absolutely wonderful to work with. The installers (Jacob Ross and crew) that did the job were friendly, professional and did a great job and went above and beyond to accommodate us during the installation. We love our new windows and love the updated look our house has now. Thank you Pella for the great experience you gave us.

Met with Isaiah Ahrens from Pella today for a window replacement estimate. I have 33 windows to replace and Isaiah took me through everything to know about the product choices , installation process, and warranty. It was a great experience.

The door sweep on my Pella Door was coming off. Service advised me it was a custom door and the part would have to be made. It was scheduled out 2 months to be repaired. When the repair man came today to replace the sweep. He advised the wrong replacement part had been ordered. However he does carry the correct part on his truck. John Kimbro the service tech was kind, knowledgeable,sympathetic, professional and just a joy to work with.
I had an excellent experience with Pella - they were one of four options I considered and all aspects of the products, pricing, and sales process were superior. The rep, Chase, was timely, well spoken, fun and responsive to my specific questions. The first visit didn't feel like a sales pitch, at all. Rather, he came to tell me about the product, not 'sell' it to me. When I told him I had three other estimates, he didn't blink - he expressed gentle confidence that the style and value of Pella would be apparent and he would talk to me again. After seeing the options from the other companies, the Pella configurations and easy financing terms were the best option. I got custom wood stain, matching exterior color, and a style I wanted for a close price to the a well-known competitors that offered fewer customizations. I would also like to note that Pella had a technician out to my house for measurements with a couple days, and got the fabrication started quickly, compared to Marvin who was scheduling out a couple weeks for measurements and months for fabrication. All in all, a first-class experience. (I note that the Pella approach was in stark contrast to Universal Windows and Doors which, although personable, made an wanted sales pitch and had high-pressure sales for a product that didn't really match what I was seeking. Their pricing started way higher but was negotiated (ug) down to slightly lower but required immediate acceptance, with no time to think about it. I resent that experience.)
The purchase and installation was a good experience. We did not have any issues.
Isaiah Aherns He is very personable and also very knowledgeable about the windows. Isaiah has great communication skills and great follow up. It was a pleasure working with with him.

I recently started looking for new windows and I have met with multiple companies. I have to say I have been most impressed with Pella. My salesperson was a great, Isaiah Ahrens. He was very professional and most importantly listened to my needs rather than trying to upsell me to something I don’t need or want. I would highly recommend Pella and request Isaiah. My windows and front door were installed. My entire experience with Pella was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Pella Windows.

William and Jonathan, the installers, were very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the process and answered all my questions. I was impressed with their work ethic and the fact that a supervisor came after the job to make sure I was completely satisfied.
