Richard repaired one of the lines that keeps the window from slipping down had broken. It did take a while to get this scheduled, but like everything done by Pella, was worth the wait. It also was covered by the warranty! Great job!

We have old Pella casement windows and Don Spittle has cared for them for many years. Recently we needed parts replaced and windows to operate correctly. Enter Don who took care of the need within a short period of time. He’s a 35 year senior service technician who is excellent in his craft and easy with which to deal. We strongly recommend him to service your Pella windows in the mid-Atlantic region.

The senior service technician, Don was personal, very knowledgeable, skilled, on time, and completed the job. It's hard to find a technician who knows the product and can diagnosed and fixed the issue. Our windows were 25 years old and had to be specially made. Thank you, Don for your great work ethic!

Richard was the tech who came out and installed a screen door. Very professional and courteous. 29 April 2021 - Wow. So quick to take the money, very difficult to get service done. Let me start by saying, all my interactions with Pella have been outstanding until today. I called the 1-800 number to Pella, had a nice customer service rep who was very pleasant to talk to. The one I got transferred too... Nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. She wasn't rude, just... indifferent, something I have come to expect with customer service on the East Coast. First, it would be nice if Pella gave the customer all the serial numbers for the products installed instead of us, the customer, having to look for them! My time is valuable. Your brand is valuable. Help us help you protect that brand! Second, a window that I had installed two months ago broke. Little pieces of metal and plastic fell to the floor (see photo). Talking to the customer service rep, she couldn't get anyone out here until after July! Whiskey-Tango-Foxtrot! Really, I told her it is an emergency, my interior is now exposed to the exterior and that's the best you can do? She then did some more searching to get someone out here, she couldn't give me a date, but someone would call me by the end of the day. For the companies sake, I hope someone does. If this is to be expected for future service... heaven help anyone who decides to go with Pella! Again, all my previous experiences with Pella have been outstanding except for this one. We pay a lot of money for your product, give us the customer service satisfaction we deserve and expect when we call for an issue.

Richard was great. Super helpful, professional, explained how we was going to approach the job and the explained the outcome. We're very satisfied. It took a couple of months to get an appointment and the cost seemed very expensive.

This was professional from start to finish. The installers worked very hard and did terrfic work. They arrived at 7a and worked till 7p. Took two days. I got them subs for dinner each day as they would not take a break from work. Installed 26 windows and the front door.
